Hartwell Ventures is a marketing engine for an independent investment trust with $110 million under management. We invest and focus on transactional funding, primarily covering double closings, down payment/earnest money requirements, as well as verification of deposits for entities short on assets needed close their transactions.
Market Advantage:
Hartwell Ventures has a strong market advantage of being the only product in a niche market. We currently are the only legitimate investment fund in our industry with over $2 million in liquidity to invest in our transaction types. There are a few smaller competitors all of which have $2 million and below giving us exclusivity to transactions that require $2 million to $110 million in liquidity to close.
Market Challenge:
Ironically, despite being the only product we have many competitors. At the moment there are well over a dozen competitors claiming to have assets into the billions, all of which have proven to be fraudulent. The industry unfortunately is rampant with fraud and to combat this market challenge we are taking the steps and actions necessary to eliminate these entities. In an effort to create exposure, for over a year now, we have had $10,000.00 placed in escrow to for the benefit of any competitor who can show they even have $5 million of the millions they claim to have in liquidity to invest. As of to date not one competitor has performed, in every case they have not only had illegitimate funds but have created fraudulent institutions that issue them. Despite the market challenge we still are strongly dominant and are actively closing over 30 transactions per month.
