Proof of Funds for Real Estate Purchases

When you are looking to purchase a piece of real estate, the seller may require proof of funds in order to determine whether your interest is earnest. If you have need for a seasoned fund account which must have been in existence for a specific length of time for a minimum, we can provide you with a seasoned fund account in your name with a banking institution. If you need to have a set amount of funds available simply in order to close a transaction, we can place funds either in a bank account in your name or in escrow in order to provide verification of deposits. Payment of Our Transactional Funding Fee

It is usual for our transactional funding fee to be settled at the time that we make funds available to you. Some will not have the fee available at the time of a transaction’s beginning, however, and we are also open to joint venture opportunities where profits of a transaction are shared. When you request funds via our quick fund request form, you can describe your transaction and what the funds will be used for, and we may offer you a joint venture which will be profitable to all parties concerned.
